Paris Micro Collection

Welcome to Paris! The city of LOVE!

In my short visit to Paris, I recorded 5 tracks in ambisonic format, 48Khz and 24 bits HD . As always, great ambience files to use in your production.

We want to let you know that Surround Sound LAB. new releases will be in Ambisonic format. This way you will be able to decode it from mono to Atmos systems! Also its important to think in ambisonics as the way to go for VR, and we are ready for it!

This library was recorded in AMBISONICS . This provides huge postproduction possibilities:

Download the free SoundField SurroundZone 2 plugin and convert the included B-format files into your preferred format (stereo, 5.0, 5.1, 6.0, 6.1, 7.0 or 7.1 surround). Note: The library also contains ready-made 5.1 & ST mixdowns for your convenience.

The B-format components can be combined to derive virtual microphones with any first-order polar pattern (omnidirectional, cardioid, hypercardioid, figure-of-eight or anything in between) pointing in any direction. Several such microphones with different parameters can be derived at the same time, to create coincident stereo pairs (such as a Blumlein) or surround arrays (5.1, 7.1, Dolby Atmos and other surround systems.).
